In the beginning of this year i told you about new paintings i was working on. Here she is, a new goddess from the FERTILITY series. It was a bit of a struggle in the end, but i am so happy that i made her complete today.
Just like Caio i complain about the colours, because for real the blue is very bright, her hair and body has lots of colors, more than you can see on the screen. And i welcome all my new blogfriends......

beautiful and intense, full of meaning, a little 'a Capitoline she-wolf ... that nursed Romulus and Remus, I can think of this look at this picture, ancient Rome, the navel of the world, women, motherhood ... and much more profound
kiss my dear Momo Luna
Really impressive work! It appears quite mystic to me...
About the colors - may be you should try to take pictures outside and quite early in the morning.
only now I realise this painting is a hot blonde with lots of boobs..... uuuhhhh... you know what I like , Monica ;)
I LOVE THIS WORK.
This is a wonderful work, Monica! There is something primitive and wild to it, like she belongs in a Henri Rousseau painting!
Monica,
I see a lot of power and strength her, but most of all, I see you painting again! The colors and your sense of light are excellent! Light is one of the hardest things to capture, and you have done it here.
I hope you have been well, and I wish you a very creative weekend.
xoxo,
Brian
Monica,
she is undoubtedly a deity ...
a female icon, fertile and beautiful!
the purity, and wisdom in her eyes!
gorgeous work!
a big hug for you!
Wonderful
work
thank you for sharing
see you soon
Wow, thanks dear Laura for your wonderful comment. :-) Yes, somehow you can't gauze her expression. Is she sad, or angry or.... I can relate to the she-wolf you mention.
I am happy you understand her depths.
Kisses my friend!
Hi there Alexandre,
long time.... Nice to see you here.
Yes i love to paint or draw mysterious creatures. They're lurking inside, craving to become real. :-)
Yes, i will make some photo's during daylight. I was just so happy that i finished this painting, so i couldn't wait to make the post haha.
I now i'm check out your blog! :-D
Sweet greetz....
LOL Caio! I thought you liked me, i am definitely NOT a hot blonde with lots of boobs haha. ;-P
You were the first one, besides me, to look at her. And thanks for the tips....
Kisses for you!
@ Caio: oh and in oktober i am on an artmarket here in the city. I am a bit worried if i can show my ladies, not creating some turmoil. Because there boobs, not just two, but eight!!!
Well, if time is there i will tell about it.
More kisses....
Thanks so much Gabriella, i like it --> primitive, wild lady. I love the work of Rousseau a lot!
Hugs and kisses for you sweet friend.
Yes Brian, i am painting!!! That's also why i am not online so often.
Thanks for seeing the light, because i was focused on it for sure. I'm happy you like it!

Seet greetz!
Hallo lieve Martine,
Zo mooi Monica, striking, you keep looking at her. There is something vulnerable but also determination, soft and stronge, very good work!x
Hi Renilde,
It's that look in her eyes, Monica. And I do love the brightness of the blue. ;-)
Nevine
I love the timeless / mystical / mythical / symbolic / dreamlike quality of your visions Monica...

Coming late with my comment.
Love your lady.
The sadness in her eyes.
It is like she has her own story to
tell..
Hugs from Monika
There ya are...
You've been missing, love the new painting....
she could handle a whole litter..
thanks for your words on my page
That is one amazingly compelling image. Difficult to take your eyes off it, it reminds me of Chac Mool and of Mexican sculpture in general.
this is soo great! amazing and hipnotizing! congrats:*
wow this one is telling me something ! the expression is everything, this is deeply good :)
impresses me
Yes, the look in her eyes tells stories dear Nevine. I am also very happy with the color of the background.
Tnx for your nice comment.
Thank you so very much Brad. I am happy you can see the layers in my work.:-)
Liefs en een knuffel!
Hi dear Monika,
it's always nice to find your comments here. Yes, her eyes tells stories indeed. First i was surprised about the sadness in her eyes, but i love it a lot.

My words on your page are from the heart. I am a fan, you know..... :-)
Sweet greetz!
Hello Dave,
it's wonderful you mention Mexican sculpture because the mexican goddesses are also an inspiration for me. :-)
I don't know Chac Mool, so i'm gonna google. It's always good to learn new things.
Thank you!
Oh wow! Thanks again Dave for pointing out the Chac mool. Now i'm inspired to paint my ownn Chac Mool as well. :-D
Thank you so very much Leni. I really am happy that you like my work.
