The mysterious world of MONICA CROESE
19.1.10
Black birds
Oh how excited i am! My creative energy is sizzling, bubbling, floating. This drawing i started some years ago and then it had to rest. Yesterday evening i laid it in front of me and started to draw. I drawed all night long. Went to sleep at 5 o'clock. I will finish this drawing in two, three days. It's a LARGE drawing. The uploads are not so clear but i wanted to share this already with you. I will make a good photograph of it totally when finished.
Thank you all for your comments, it lifts me up. More than you can think.
Dream about new horizons, dream breathlessly.........

I love this. It is very Terry Gillian. It feels like a scene from the yellow submarine (where the blue meanies have turned all of the artists and musicians into statues ut they come to life again when the beatles sing) or a Monty Python animation.
the black birds... a lot of details are waiting to be discovered here!
liefs

a mix of Picasso's Guernica with Bosh's paintings .... pure Momo Luna !!!

Dag Monica
Groetjes,
Annie

So good to here that your creativity is sizzling again, Monica. This work is stunning and I love the blackbirds, they are so evocative. Fancy staying up all night. A true artist.

(Thanks for your comments)
Hi Jasmine, thank you for commenting. I love the Terry Gilliam movies and as a young girl i was already impressed by the Monty Phyton animations, i love(d) them a lot. So there must be an (unconscious) influence. But i like that.
Yes Alexandre, lots of obvious ánd hidden details are waiting to be discovered. I like to make a world in a world in a world.
I love your latest post btw. :-)
Thank you Manon. :-) I'm happy with your comment.
Hi Caio, somehow your comments come in like a whirlwind. I always have to smile because you're so nice and supportive. To name Picasso and Bosch is too much honour haha. But i adore the work of Hieronymos Bosch, so sure he has a big influence on me i suppose. Your comment 'pure Momo Luna'makes me happy, thank you dear friend.
Liebe Rachel,
your sweet comments always kind of embrace me. Thank you dear blogfriend. :-)
xoxo
Hallo Annie,
Groetjes!
Thank you Juan, i'm honoured because i think your work is genious.
Hello Elizabeth,
yeah i'm happy to be productive again. It was fun to draw the birds. Actually to paint and draw in the night is my favourite time, because of the silence and peace at night while everybody else is asleep. But to work at night is rare because i have to take care of my kids ofcourse and have to be fit at work. :-)
Thank you Virginia for your comment i appreciate it a lot.
kus
Wonderful detail and freeing of your imagination. Isn't it wonderful when our muse visits us and we loose track of time creating?
Yes it is Eva, as i shared an atelier with two other artists they always were making fun of me: oh right, Momo has leave us again. I lost myself completely in painting i didn't hear them asking if i want some tea p.e. haha. Thank you for commenting.
Kus terug Yvette. :-D
I love it Momo.
You are not a lost soul you are a huge soul. Your soul is so much bigger than a regular normal soul and theat is one of the reasons you may feel lost. But I see it darling and it is grand.
Love Renee xoxo
Sweet Renee, thank you, you make me blush.

This isthe work of a lover, not just a regular woman, but a lover. Your choices. yes.

Sweet greetz!
This is so unique and intricate. Love the details...I need to zoom in!
Such creative work!
Hi Calli, sorry for my late response, i didn't notice your comment earlier. But thank you, i really appreciate it. :-)
Momo, the blackbirds drawing is amazing! Very beautifully intense. I tried to watch the video, but it wouldn't play- said something about it being private, only friends can see it? I don't know if it's supposed to be this way, but I thought I'd let you know.
Sorry Sharmon for the late response. I just find your comment. I had to approve your comment which is strange because everybody who wants to comment, can leave a message. :-s Thank you for your nice comment. And no, the video shouldn't be for friends only, so i'll try to change that. Thank you!
I think your work is very inspiring - detailed and free spirited!
